DESCRIPTION

Outsourcing has become a critical element in the overall operations strategy for most large organizations.  This all-day training session will be presented by the MIS Training Institute.  This session is limited to 40 participants.

The objectives of this presentation include:

  • The decision-making process (outsource or not).
  • Defining relationships and requirements.
  • Risk-intensive outsourcing situations.
  • Critical operational and data security areas of IS/IT.
  • Outsourcing / Co-sourcing the IT function.
  • Overseeing the ongoing relationship.
