DESCRIPTION

Join Helen Munter as she provides an update on PCAOB activities, including inspections, enforcement and standards.

SPEAKER

Helen Munter joined the PCAOB in April 2004 as Regional Director in the San Francisco office of Registration and Inspection. At the PCAOB, Helen has lead the inspections of the large national accounting firms, as well as registered firms located primarily in the Western Region.

In addition to her inspections activities Helen has been active in our Small Firm Forum program, and the International Inspections program.  Previously, she was an audit partner and deputy director of professional practice in the San Francisco office of Deloitte and Touche LLP.
