Thank you for your interest in our education programs. We would like to encourage members and non-members to participate in all Chapter Events and Seminars. As a way of encouraging participation, we are offering discounted rates for the advanced purchase of multiple education sessions. |

10 Passes for Chapter Events and Seminars Each Chapter Event and Seminar will be announced and promotional materials will include pricing and will specify the number of Saver Passes that can be redeemed in lieu of registration fees. |

Note: Saver Passes can be purchased in lots of ten for $300 and can be shared and are transferable. All formerly issued Luncheon and Afternoon Saver Passes are still valid and will be honored. |

Print and return this completed form along with your check or money order to: Information Systems Audit & Control Association Your passes will be mailed to you within ten (10) business days of the receipt of your order. NOTICE: You must register for each session you plan to attend. Please register at least 10 business days in advance of each session. Late registrations are accepted; however, we cannot guarantee space or food for late registrations. If you need to cancel your registration for any session, please due so at least 48 hours prior to the event. The Chapter is billed for reservations made with our facilities provider and we may have to pass the charges on to you. Thanks!!! |
