The Certified in the Governance of IT (CGEIT) certification offered by ISACA is one of the fastest growing and globally popular certifications available. IT Governance is not simply about “how do we create policies?” but instead has a broad scope which covers some of the most difficult questions for IT and organizations in general to answer, including “Are we doing the right things?” and “Are we getting the benefits?”
The San Francisco ISACA Chapter is again offering a pre-exam course for the CGEIT certification. Using practice test questions, two face to face meetings in the Bay Area, and valuable discussion, the course is designed to prepare the candidate for both the content and the style of the exam.
Proposed class dates are October 23 and November 20, location most probably at the San Francisco KPMG office. Material for the face to face sessions will be available online one week prior to each session. For more information contact the San Francisco ISACA chapter or register at www.tunitas.com/cgeit.
